Avocado mash

This is a childhood favourite. Instead of milk, I put Milo powder because I don't like the taste of milk and it tasted so yummy, I don't have to add any sugar.


1 ripe avocado
1/4 c. fresh milk (or 3 tbsp of powder milk)
1 tsp of sugar

Cut avocado in half (lengthwise), take the seed of from the middle then shred the avocado with a spoon into a mixing bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork then whem smooth, add the milk and sugar and mix. Pour or spoon the mixture into a small freezer safe container and freeze about an hour or before dinner starts. Take it off the freezer after an hour and serve.
